The Aspen Art Fair is a one-of-a-kind art, design, luxury travel, and hospitality takeover at the historic Hotel Jerome.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, the Aspen Art Fair takes place each summer during Aspen Art Week, our bespoke fair takes place each summer during Aspen Art Week, drawing artists, curators, gallerists, and collectors from around the world to this storied mountain town.

The fair presents a departure from the ever-expanding ubiquity of the global art fair circuit and offers a different and rare experience set against Aspen's spectacular natural landscape.

Aspen was built on the pursuit of art, culture, and the outdoors, pushing the envelope in every way. Each year we set out to match this spirit.

At its core, The Aspen Art Fair is about discovery, not just of art, but of Aspen's unique ecosystem:

We visit collectors' homes to see how art informs their daily lives and how they balance art with architecture and the surrounding environment.

We host morning river plunges and hikes because the landscape here inspires us, ignites creativity, and provides context for the many artists who have passed through this valley and gone on to impact the global stage. We believe it is better to immerse ourselves in this vast landscape rather than just passively observe it, and we want to share that experience with you.

We create moments of intimate engagement with artists and gallerists from across the world, whether in one of our hotel room exhibitions, traditional art fair booths, or throughout the historic spaces at the historic spaces at the Hotel Jerome.

We screen films that challenge our views and have the power to change the course of critical issues facing our world today.

We curate a series of rich conversations between internationally organized artists, art professionals, and the art curious, and do so within the Hotel Jerome's unique speakeasy tucked beneath the historic Aspen Times building.

We recognize and support today's most significant artists through our Art Prize Program.

Through collaborations with Aspen's world-class institutions, we seek to merge Aspen's storied past with its ever-evolving cultural present, while keeping an eye on the possibilities of our collective future.

We invite you to join us and discover a place where art, culture, and the spirit of Aspen converge.
